And I'm not talking about me, but that "other" Katie I've been stalking for a little while courtesy of her fun blog. Anyway, our Louisiana Supper Club met at our house before taking Darrell out to dinner for his big 40th birthday last weekend. I wanted to have a little bite at the house with our wine and beer, so I decided to make this yummy Buffalo Chicken Dip that the other Katie posted on her blog. Let's just say that she was right because it was gone in a flash!!
